Shipping / Processing Policy

At GG Lighting, we understand that receiving your order quickly is important. Our team is committed to processing every order as efficiently as possible while ensuring the highest level of accuracy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to three (3) business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time selected at checkout.

Selecting an expedited shipping service (such as Next Day Air) speeds up the shipping transit time after your order has been processed. Expedited shipping does not guarantee same-day or next-day order processing.

Free Shipping Returns

Orders that qualify for our Free Shipping promotion and are later returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee helps offset the original shipping costs incurred by GG Lighting.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please refer to the shipping transit map below for estimated Standard Ground delivery times. These estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend contacting us before placing your order to confirm availability and processing times, or selecting an expedited shipping option during checkout.

*Any free shipping options, whether it be thru a discount code or promotion, will be fulfilled with UPS Ground, even if a quicker shipping option is selected from the consumer.
