We offer a (7) day return policy from the date the item was delivered to the consumer. We will only accept the return as long as the product is in the original packaging, and is in 100% brand new condition with all components attached and included. Customer must return 100% of the ordered products. We reserve the right to deny return to ANY customer without explanation. If cash was paid for the item(s), store credit will be issued. All cash sales are final. Return shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all custom orders/custom built products. Restocking fee may apply, and the refund will not include original shipping costs to the customer. If order is eligible for "free shipping" option and customer returns order, there will be a 10% restocking fee. If customer cancels order and item has been shipped, but not delivered, there will be a $15 cancellation as this is what the shipping company charges us to reverse the shipment. 

If you have exceeded the (7) day return limit, if the product is not in brand new condition, or there are components missing, you have 1 of 2 options:

1: You can return the product for a 25% restocking fee

2: You can return the product for store credit, and receive 100% of the cost of the product cost back towards a future purchase. This does not mean you will receive a cash / credit refund. (less shipping and tax)

Inside of the package, include a statement as to why you are sending the product(s) back, your order number, and contact information. Your return may take up to 14 days to process. If you do not include a statement inside of the box, your refund will not be processed.
